Refund Policy

1. Overview

Teloset Studio sells software usage packages for creating and exporting videos inside the Studio web app. If something does not work as expected, contact us and we will review the issue.

2. Refund Requests

Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase. We generally approve refunds for duplicate purchases, accidental purchases, technical issues that prevent use of the product, or cases where the purchased usage has not been substantially used.

3. Used Usage

Usage packages that have been substantially used to generate or export videos may not be refundable, except where required by law or where a verified technical issue prevented normal use.
